Since 1994, a Story of Sweetness

The story of Petrosino Dessert begins in 1994 with the birth of Pasticceria Umberto, followed by Dessert Umberto, specializing in the production and distribution of cakes throughout Italy. In 2005, the first large laboratory was inaugurated, a center of confectionery excellence spanning 4,000 square meters, the heart of production. Today Petrosino Dessert is synonymous with quality and tradition, thanks to a vast range of iconic desserts such as Lemon Delights, Wheat Cake, Rum Babà and Caprese Cake. Alongside the great classics, the master pastry chefs have developed a line of Artisanal Specialties that includes elegant single portions, refined cakes, glass desserts and Large Leavened Products such as Panettone and Colomba, ideal for celebrating holidays.
